If it is at all possible always use either filtered water or distilled water when filling the bottle on refills.
The reason is because our cleaning products have enzymes and friendly bacteria that actually eat the
nasty bacteria that are creating the odor. Regular tap water has chemicals and a gaseous chlorine
that will kill off the live enzymes and bacteria that are doing the real work in these products. By using
filtered or distilled water (best), you will increase the cleaning power of these products.

Microbest Cleaning Products are also phosphate free so you are not putting more phosphates into the environment by using them. Most detergents and cleaning products are adding pollution to the
environment because of the harmful phosphates and other ingredients. Take care of Mother Earth
because she takes care of you!

Another point if you are Earth Conscious is this.... We use special, high quality plastic containers
designed to be used over and over again. You can buy refill packs and cut down on extra waste
created by buying cleaning products in the store and having to throw the empty bottle away every
time.

The floor cleaner is sold concentrated for the same reason. It cuts down on waste and also on
shipping charges because you don't have to order it as often. It is also a much safer alternative for
cleaning tile and linoleum floors for pets than any of the regular floor cleaners. Most people don't
realize that they are cleaning their floors with dangerous chemicals and when their pets walk across
the wet floor they are absorbing these chemicals into their system through the skin on their paws or
licking it off and ingesting it!

When a pet is having a problem you have to look at the entire environment - its diet, stressors
involved, etc. Many times, cleaning products in the home are one of the root causes of indoor toxins
that are getting into the blood stream or being ingested and even breathed in after they dry. There
have been many studies done on indoor environments. Some homes are actually being found to be
more toxic than outdoor air because of fabrics, carpets, cleaning products, furniture polishes,
air fresheners( a biggie!), etc. This is why we sell products like these! A little not so well known fact
about air fresheners that we learned from someone raising tropical fish..... an air freshener kept too
close to an aquarium will cause the fins to rot off the fish!! Think about this for a minute. Scary!

Another little tidbit.....anything that gets on your skin can be found in the blood stream in a
matter of about 20 seconds. We absorb more toxins by absorbing them through our skin than most
people realize.
