Rules and Regulations
No purchase necessary to enter.
Each month we select a visitor to our web site (qualified entrants who have
completely filled
in our Guest Book below) to win a FREE
Prize. (see prizes under #6 below).
1. INTRODUCTION. This sweepstakes is sponsored exclusively by
Judys Health Cafe
and is NOT offered on any other
Send Out Cards web
site nor by the companies themselves.
One
winner will be selected each month in a random drawing among all entries
received. The
prizes to be awarded are detailed in Section 6 of these rules. The
odds of winning depend on
the number of entries received during the Promotion
Period, as defined below.
2. HOW TO ENTER. Fill out our guestbook
below. Incomplete or intentionally false entries will
be disqualified.
You may enter ONCE A MONTH ONLY and duplicate entries within
the same
month's period WILL disqualify you from this month's contest. We are a
Spam-Free website and wish to remain same.
3. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must be pet
owners 18 years of age or older and is open globally. Employees, marketing
executives of FreeLife and their immediate
families are ineligible.
Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and subject
to country, local, state, and/or
federal law. Prizes are not transferable.
Substitutions are not permitted.
4. PROMOTION PERIODS. A winner will be selected by random drawing from
all completed
entries received by the last day of each month. New contest
monthly. The prizes to be
awarded are detailed in Section 6 of these rules.
5. ODDS. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received.
6. PRIZES.
Winner will be able to select their prize on the entry form. Prize choices are:
1) $25 'Send Out Cards'
Pre-Paid Greeting Card (10 REAL paper greeting cards AND 10
first-class stamps)
2) Bag of Dog Food
3) Bag of Cat Food
4) Goji Juice
5) A Weight Loss
Product.
All communication between
Judys Health Cafe and contestants is via
e-mail. Should you
change your e-mail address, you must
notify us
of that change in order to win. Once winner
has been notified, he/she has seven days in which to
respond to the notification. Failure to
respond to this notification will result
in forfeiture of the prize, which will then be awarded to
the runner-up who is
drawn for the same period.
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS. All entrants will be added to our free newsletter list
to receive periodic announcements
on specials offered and new products, as well as pet nutritional newsletters.
Privacy
We are deeply concerned about your privacy. We promise not to sell, exchange or
share your name and address with anybody else without your express written
permission.

for your entry to be validated.
Incomplete entries will be disqualified!
